Are your devices compatible with my local operator network?
All our ONUs and OLTs support mainstream global protocols (GPON, EPON, XPON, OMCI) and standard frequency bands. We provide model matching based on your local operator parameters to ensure zero adaptation issues. Sample testing is available before bulk orders.
Can I customize logo, package and language?
Yes. We offer full OEM/ODM: custom logo & packaging, multi-language firmware, custom UI/UX, port configuration and TR-069/TR-369 remote management. Low MOQ for branding customization.
What is the MOQ and delivery time?
Regular models support small batch orders from 100 pcs. Bulk engineering orders get production priority. Standard lead time is 7–15 working days. OEM orders may require 15–25 days depending on customization scope.
Do you provide after-sales and technical support?
We provide English technical manuals, deployment tutorials and long-term remote technical support. Our engineering team responds within 24 hours. Defective units are covered by our replacement policy during the warranty period.
